Roughly pronounced "KEE-uth- MEE-la- FALL-cha", this Gaelic phrase translates as "One Hundred Thousand Welcomes".   Scottish hospitality is a custom that we extend to you.  In olden times, it was custom to welcome neighbors and travelers into your home for rest and refreshment.
